  • INKI is a subscription based music event app - we connect you to small venues across the city for a fun night out, all for an affordable price!

  • Each subscription tier includes a monthly allowance of credits, which are used to book events. Your credit balance refreshes every month on your billing date.

  • Yes, unused credits roll over for one billing cycle. However, they expire if not used by the end of that second month.

    Note: Your maximum balance cannot exceed double your monthly tier allowance.

  • Absolutely. If you run low, you can purchase "one-off" credits at any time via the Credits page (accessible from the homepage header or your profile).

  • Tickets are delivered via email directly from the venue on the day of the event.


  • You can manage your subscription on the Credits page:

    • Upgrading: Your new tier starts immediately. You will be billed today, and your credits will be added to your account instantly.

    • Downgrading: Your new tier and credit limit will take effect on your next scheduled renewal date.

  • To cancel, navigate to your Profile and select Manage Billing.

  • Visit the My Events page and click Cancel next to the relevant event. If you cancel before the event’s specific cutoff time, your credits will be automatically refunded to your account.

  • Go to the Profile tab and select Manage Payments. This will take you to our secure Stripe portal to update your billing information.

  • All of your scheduled bookings are listed under the My Events tab.
